SHIPPING
We ship via regular air mail. The delivery time for countries USA, Australia, most countries of South America will be 14 to 21 days. For European countries the delivery will take 8 to 12 days. Now we offer free shipping worldwide.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you will wish, we can ship orders via express courier like UPS, DHL, FedEx or others. You should contact us before placing the order to request express shipping. Express delivery time is approximately three working days (depends on couriers you choose).

CUSTOM CLEARANCE

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Sometimes our local Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Why Packages are Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
  • Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "" link under . Click either the Edit button or the Delete button beneath the address you want to change or remove.

  • Address Format. If a post office box address was entered, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the drivers discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. The best way in cases like this is to let the recipient know about surprise on the way.

SPECIAL ORDERS
If there is an item from Lithuania you cant find, we can help you.
Please write an e-mail and be as specific as possible. Please indicate price range, shipping address and any other helpful indication. If you dont know the specifics, then describe what type of items you are interested in, for example, folk costumes from Eastern Lithuania, special wooden carving etc. We will do our research and reply to you by e-mail shortly, usually within a couple of days.
If the item you are looking for is available, the reply will include price(s), shipping and handling expenses, as well as expected shipping and delivery dates. If the item needs to be ordered, the details will be included. If we cant find the item within a couple of days, or it is not produced in Lithuania, we will recommend similar products if available. In some cases, a more involved search may be needed for which you will be billed up-front.
Once you find the offer acceptable you can proceed with payment . We will provide the instructions. There is no charge if we cant find the product you are looking for or it is too expensive.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR M SHOPPING SERVICE
Since the goods are purchased and shipped for a specific one-time orders, they can not be returned for refund. If the product has been received damaged, is defective or you have received the wrong product, we will either replace it or issue a refund upon the receipt of the returned item.
